My Story
Growing up in a tough Italian American household instilled a sharp sense of humor, grit, and a strong work ethic. Accountability and follow through were expected, and that foundation continues to shape how I lead teams, make decisions, and navigate complex environments.

In my twenties, I discovered group fitness by chance and quickly recognized it as a platform for leadership and impact. Over the years, I have managed and mentored thousands of instructors, built scalable programming and education models for large franchise systems, and led teams through periods of growth and change. My focus has consistently been on experience, consistency, and building strong, engaged teams that perform well over time.

Several years ago, an unexpected health event forced me to slow down and physically retrain my body from the ground up. Progress required patience, discipline, and a willingness to redefine what improvement looked like day by day. The process was demanding, but it reinforced principles I had spent my career teaching others. Consistency matters. Small, intentional effort compounds. Strength is built, not rushed.

That experience became a powerful extension of my work as a speaker. I now connect physical retraining with leadership, resilience, and performance, helping audiences understand how sustainable progress is created in the body, in teams, and in organizations. The same principles that rebuild physical capacity are the ones that drive meaningful, lasting change at work.
